Double braided (braid on braid) rope, pre-stretched polyester with HMPE
Langman Ropes Dycore-X is a double braided rope. The cover is 32-braided polyester, the core is a 12-strand braided pre-stretched HMPE, also called dyneema or spectra. Due to our pre-stretch and coating machine, the elongation of our dycore-x rope has extremely been reduced and the breaking load increased compared to other alternatives in the market. The elongation of this pre-stretched polyester / dyneema rope is only 1% at 20% of the breaking load. Due to the double braided (braid on braid) construction the dycore-x rope is good spliceable.

The dycore-x rope is used a lot as halyard rope in the recreational, leisure and professional marine industry, on racing, yachting and regatta boats. Because of the fine 32-braided cover, the rope is perfect to be used as a hoistrope or winchline. That is why it is often being used as an alternative to chains, steelwire or tape. Rope doesn't have metal fatigue and due the dyneema core, it is extremely strong and ligth and because of the polyester cover very wel abrasion resistant and uv-resistant

- Due to our coating machine even stronger and with less elongation as other alternatives in the market

We are producer with our own production and can easily produce different diameters and aberrant (longer) lengths!

Colours:

- Silvergrey with red, blue, green or yellow marking or brown/beige with black markings (classic line), other colours available on request!
