What are tinned copper welding sleeves (Nicopress)?
Tinned copper welding sleeves – often Nicopress sleeves – are high-quality press sleeves for safely and permanently connecting steel wire. They are mainly used in combination with stainless steel wire, because copper does not cause galvanic corrosion in combination with stainless steel.
The sleeve is provided with a central groove, which keeps the steel wire taut and perfectly positioned during pressing.
