Double braided (braid on braid) pre-stretched polyester
Langman Rope Poseidon is a double braided polyester rope. The cover is 16-, 24-, or 32-braided (depending on the diameter), the core has a 16-braided construction. Due to our pre-stretch and coating machine, the elongation of our poseidon rope has extremely been reduced and the breaking load increased compared to other alternatives in the market. The elongation of this pre-stretched polyester rope is only 1,5% at 20% of the breaking load. Due to the double braided (braid on braid) construction the poseidon rope is good spliceable. Poseidon rope is used a lot as classic halyard rope on classic ships, yachts, tall ships, fishing boats, flat boats.

Properties:

- Flexible and good spliceable (double braided)
- High tenacity polyester yarns
- Very good UV-resistant
- Very low elongation (pre-stretched)

- Buying unit: per reel of 200mtr
- Possibilites making an eye and/or a shackle, ask for the possibilities
