Langman Ropes Polytex

Robust classic rope for the running rigging
Polytex is a 3-strand or 4-strand twisted polypropyleen rope with extra UV-stabilization. Langman Ropes polytex is made of yarns with special and extra twine which makes this rope very well abrasion resistant. Because of the very high abrasion resistance and excellent UV-resistance this polypropyleen rope is used a lot for the running rigging on classic ships, see also our references. Besides this, our polytex ropes is also used as a more durable alternative rope in the scouting for pioneering.

- Very good abrasion resistant due to the yarns with special and extra twine
- Excellent UV-resistance and therefore a long life-time due to the UV-stabilization
