Hempex® is our registered trademark for
synthetic hemp.
Hempex® is a spinned polypropylene rope with
a classic hemp look. The colour is the same as
the natural hemp, which has a light brown
colour. Compared to the natural hemp it has a
higher breaking load and a longer duration of
life.

Braided Hempex® has a 16 braid cover of Hempex® and a 16 plait
in tandem braided polypropylene core. Thanks to the special braided
core the rope has an excel ent breaking strength. Braided Hempex®
has an excel ent grip and it absorbs little water.
